UltraPA Lacrosse is focused on guiding players and their families through the recruitment process of playing lacrosse at the collegiate level.
A consistent coaching model provides continued development toward elite-level play.
On and off the field respect for the game will be emphasized to promote well-rounded student athletes.

During the summer months, there will be two practices per week. Fall practices will be determined at a later date.
UltraPA middle school teams will play four summer tournaments and one fall.
One elite team per class year will be rostered.
A full-time administrator who will handle all the administrative responsibilities and team logistics. This allows the coaches to coach and focus on the players and teams.
UltraPA also includes recruiting services to guide each player toward playing at the next level. Each player will get recruiting insight from actual college coaches and players.
Fes are $1200 per player. We are willing to work with any family who may need assistance. Fees include:
One-quarter of the fees are due when accepting the position on the team; the remaining fee is due by January 15, 2021.
Dave Ondrusek brings over 25 years of coaching experience to UltraPA Lacrosse. He has served as the Palmyra HS Lacrosse Head Coach since 2016 where he lead the team to three Mid-Penn Championships; three District III Championships; and three State playoff appearances.
Coach "O" had developed a disciplined, consistent style of play that leads his teams to winning seasons. He was selected as the 2016, 2017 and 2019 Mid-Penn and Central Pennsylvania Coach of the Year.
In his years as a high school head coach he has coached many Division I, II, and III players, 32 All-Americans, seven current local High School Coaches, three current College Assistant Coaches and one College Head Coach.
Coach O has been a fixture in high school and travel lacrosse programs throughout Central PA and is well respected among the high school and college lacrosse community.
Sam Wasson serves as the Defensive Coordinator and Goalies Coach at Swarthmore College. Coach Wasson is active in the Intercollegiate Men's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IMLCA) and an active participant in the mentorship program.
A graduate from the University of Mary Washington, Wasson was a CAC award-winning goalie for the men's lacrosse team and served as captain during his senior season.
Wasson was the starting goalie at Palmyra High School for three years beginning his sophomore year. He spent the 2019 season coaching the Palmyra High School defense when the team won both the Mid-Penn and District III Championships.
Coach Wasson will work directly with players and their families to guide them through the college recruiting process. He brings great insight to how college coaches scout and recruit players which he will pass along to UltraPA players.
Brennan Harding has served as the Offensive and Face-Off Coach for Palmyra HS since the 2018 season. The team has won the Mid-Penn and District III titles during his tenure.
As a four-year letterman at Ephrata High School with Division II and Division III experiences at Widener and West Chester, Coach Harding brings a wealth of competitive lacrosse experience and will focus on the face-offs and the offense.
